G. Gomersall & Sons in Oxford. My Mother had a suite "resprung" many years ago by them and was very pleased. I remembered the name as it was quite unusual. They are still in business 30 years on so must be good!

Would it be worth asking an upholsterer if they could fix the frame?   Sorry I can't recommend one.

I have an armchair c.25 years old and the left hand side of the seat has collapsed. On investigation I think some of the springs have gone and there is a piece of wood floating about at random. I can't see much without taking it to pieces. It doesn't need an upholsterer but what kind of craftsman does it need ?
