Working at Wilderness - last minute notice, no accommodation

Hello, I hope it's OK to post here as a non-resident - I've been asked last minute to work at Wilderness festival (in the Books tent), but it is understandably impossible to find accommodation nearby so late in the day. I have fibromyalgia so am keen to avoid camping if possible. If anyone has a BnB or is Airbnb'ing their property and have been let down last minute, I'd love to hear from you. It would be me and a female friend - I'm 40, she's 35 and we're both v courteous, respectful professionals. Any suggestions welcomed. Many thanks.
