Same here, I have tried several times and have received same message. Much better when managed through the old post office.

The email was delivered at 19.03 and I tried at19.18. I can only assume something is wrong...

Yes, same outcome. I've tried at least 3 times with no success. I started trying one hour after receiving the email.

I followed the link from Ticketmaster but at the very end of the payment process when it said it was securing the tickets the message was "no more tickets available on this promotion." Has anyone else tried? Any success?
