Wilderness local tickets - confirmation email?

I queued up outside the Charlbury Community Centre on 1st May and entered my application form for tickets, I have the slip to confirm that. I have been told today by someone at 'Wilderness info' that successful applicants would have received an email by now(!?) but it says on the Charlbury Community Centre page that they will update us ahead of the booking email being sent, so that we don't miss it. Can anyone give me an update as to when we will be sent an email with a link to book and pay for the approved tickets through Ticketmaster? Thanks v much
