House flies in my living room - who’s to blame?

Does anyone know if charlbury is on a flight path or turning point for house flies looking for the manure- rich horse paddocks of The Cotswolds? 

I can hardly work with the sound of ‘nature’ in my personal space. 

I can live with war, famine, rotten politicians, etc, but the minor inconvenience of ‘a small amount of noise’ is too much!  I was lead to believe that Charlbury was a silence zone.
