Thank you all.  Most helpful.

Ah - all the tickets are sold out.  :-(

But FS train does not go as far as Charlbury, and stops in Oxford on the May 23rd (now 26th September) trip. On the version that was cancelled it went back via Oxford Parkway.

I couldn't find this on the list of 2021 tours, Hannen. But The Cotswold Lion is now due to come through Charlbury on October 16th, "late morning". The link is here: https://www.ukrailtours.com/product/the-cotswold-lion/

The schedule for the Flying Scotsman is here: https://www.railwaymuseum.org.uk/flying-scotsman/scotsman-on-the-tracks

The Cotswold Venturer on June 12th misses out Charlbury. You could see The FS at Worcester Shrub Hill, but it will be very crowded! It's in Worcester for about 3 hours, and last time it was held in the sidings.

Rumoured to be passing through Charlbury in September.
