Lost parcel

I have also lost a parcel from Amazon. The tracking said ‘handed to the resident’ on Wednesday. Either someone has taken it off the Amazon courier purporting to be me or the courier was telling porkies.

Has anyone had a parcel delivered to them it’s an Amazon one and it was meant to go to the co op as it’s for one off the staff. It says delivered to a porch in a black box. Thanks
