John - I’m sure the Environment Working Group of the Town Council would be happy to be involved and advise.  There were a lot of good plans in place for the 2020 Fair, as a starting point.  I’ve passed it on to the group.

Peter, they must have been sneakily listening to our Street Fair Committee! 

We have decided we want to be 'Green', or more correctly 'Sustainable'! And we need to start somewhere - this year. As well as inviting Street Fair stallholders to think sustainably, we are keen to hear ideas and volunteers who can help and support us.

Date coincides with Street Fair I believe.  Must be an opportunity there.
