Hi Tony.

Of course.  Theoretically anyone can attend the AGM, but only shareholders can vote/propose motions.  Companies Act laws.

Face value of shares remains at £5.00 each.  I can't see that value increasing any time soon although the Deli has been trading profitably even in lockdown.  As for dividends, you'll be lucky if you get a cabbage.  Also I am not qualified or authorised, to give investment advice.

If you want shares before the AGM please PM me here, but bear in mind that I'm in deepest Devon at present, escaping OCC, Network Rail, and MKJ!

Invitations yet to be sent, but we are a very small bunch and trying as hard as we can.

None of us are paid.  (That's the Directors and Company Secretary) so volunteers welcome!

Some time ago there was a news post about the Deli AGM. 

Is this still going ahead, and if so, when will shareholders be sent details?
