You could try Dovecote Windows at Witney. It's run by my cousins husband and the work of theirs that I have seen has been really good.

Hi everyone, Looking for a local window fitter to a) fix my patio doors (Chipping Norton Glass, having installed them 10 years ago, are trying to charge me £90+VAT just for a visit to look at a problem I'm now having with opening/closing them!) and b) put in a new window in a bedroom, which will require knocking through a wall. Last experience with a builder was a nightmare so need someone reliable.
