Lost a dog?

I spotted a lost looking dog at the bottom of Quarry Lane this afternoon at around 5.45.  Cockapoo sized, white and grey curly hair.  It had no collar or other ID.  I asked at the nearest house, but the owner didn't recognise it.  I had no phone with me to take a photo, or spare lead, so apologies if it's yours and you're still looking for it - I hope you're reunited soon.
