That during the week Charlbury Primary is conducting its cycle proficiency exams, that students are compelled to ride their bikes to school on the pavement rather than the road on The Slade because of the hazard caused the steady stream of speeding drivers.

Perhaps Wesley could organise a police escort for children wanting to ride to school on the road in the mornings.
