Will you stand for the town council?

Given the fact that Town Councillors are powerless to stop or control MKJ or diversion signs around the Finstock Bridge, (and other things I suspect) I think I shall respectfully decline the Hon Gentleman's invitation.

I can’t promise the excitement of Handforth Parish Council or the unflappable aplomb of Jackie Weaver, but we have our moments.

The elections are happening on 6th May.  Twelve town councillors to be elected for a 4-year term. 

I've just heard this in a Zoom call  "I'm not a politician.  I like to make things happen".  I'm sure Charlbury would benefit from councillors that like to make things happen!
