Field up to Banbury Hill

The permissive path is open 364 days of the year and this runs next to the hedge parallel to the road from the bottom of Banbury Hill to the top. So walking along the road can be avoided. The signs are to highlight that there is no right of way around the rest of this field. There is a public footpath that is at the bottom of Banbury Hill to Taston which runs below this field which is clearly signposted.

The field with the footpath going up to Banbury Hill farm has now a sign on one side saying private land, no public access or right if way. Is this for all the field and including the footpath as its not clear. Does anyone know?
