I can understand that some might want or even need one but I shall do without.

I recall that the nurse at CMC stuck one on my finger a few months ago - now I know what that was all about!

What is it please?

I have a fitbit which measures (inter alia) my BP.  Got it for £12 from eBay so it may not be entirely precise.  But hey, if it's measuring something I reckon I'm still alive.
