Would you be able to have a look through these and see if it would fix the issue with itunes going blank.

Hoping there is someone tech minded on here - I have gone to unlock my IPhone X. Suddenly my passcode is no longer working. I have tried following the steps given out by Apple to reset/restore my phone (linking it to my windows computer) but all that happens is that a window comes up saying it is trying to contact the IPhone software update server & nothing happens from that.

I have spoken on chat to an Apple advisor, who has basically told me that I need to plug my iPhone into a different computer - which I don’t have, so she has basically (& rather amusingly) told me to go to an Apple Store & try one of their computers there (she must be in the US). I have pointed out to her that we are in full lockdown (well almost) here & I am pretty damn sure that Apple Stores don’t come under the umbrella of the ‘Essential Stores’ allowed to remain open over here!!

So I am stuck with no phone & no way of unlocking it!

Any ideas would be gratefully received.
