Thank you for the biology lesson. But Mrs Moth couldn’t do her worst without Mr Moth having been attentive in the first place?

Some correction due here. I am afraid, the initial culprit is Mrs Moth, who lays her eggs. It is then the larvae (caterpillars) that enjoy a classy wool or silk breakfast, lunch and dinner. Biology lesson for the day over.

Putting wool garments  in plastic bags then in your freezer kills the guilty culprits and any eggs. There are lots of very fat moths about this year.

Can anybody please recommend a good local seamstress? Mr Moth has been enjoying himself in my wardrobe.
