The wall belongs to Lee Place, hence to the Blenheim estate.

Does anyone know who to contact about the collapsed wall on Hixet Wood? Is it the Council?  I know its my fault for not having him on a lead all the time, but my dog keeps going through the gap to explore the woods! Even a pallet or something across the gap would help.
