I can recommend Peter Martin.

I don't have an address, but phone numbers are 01993 778758    07879 238133.  He did live in Witney somewhere when we used him last and he has done "supply and fit" several times for us; just find the carpet make and pattern you want and give him a ring.

He was a lot less costly than just about all the carpet shops/warehouses that we have tried in the past.
