Glasses hanging on gate

Whilst dog walking this morning I noticed a pair of smallish glasses with round deep red frames, hanging next to footpath entrance where the Oxfordshire way path from Pound Hill, crosses the Millfield circular by the stream and then heads up towards Dean.

I don't know whether this has been posted before or not.
