I recommend Alison Pritchard, a mobile hairdresser and all round lovely person, who will come to your home and cut your hair for very reasonable rates. She's lived in Charlbury for ever as far as I know and, as well as doing a very professional cut and blow dry, she was also a great person to talk to when I was new to Charlbury.
