Worthy winners, all of them.

I also really liked Spider-Man at Ambleside Farm. But really we were spoilt for choice. Well done everyone!

You may see the winners here: https://www.charlbury.info/news/3225. I'm the Scarecrow on the right, mask-erading as the Chair of the Street Fair Committee. John

Agree with Christine.

Where can we see the winner and runners up please?

I particularly liked the little ones outside the pre-school and thought that the labels saying e.g. "my Dad's a Fireman", or whatever, gave them a lovely human touch.

Any news of who won the Scarecrow competition?

Having walked round & managed to see all except two (one not visible, the other just too far), I would be interested to find out.

There were a lot of good entries, and I found it difficult to choose.

Do we only have one vote? And when is the deadline?

I am enjoying walking round looking at them & trying to see them all, but it is rather a trek!

Personally, I would have liked 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices -- especially as some have obviously been made by adults & are very professionally made, and others have been made by children and their families.

I LOVE the scarecrows. How wonderful people are to create them and what a good idea Street Fair team!  I'm not sure how to vote though...

Hey Sharon, we also took him in when it was raining! He’s right by our door but you can see him from the path. 😊

You will find no3, 20 Jefferson Piece at the end of the cul de sac where the letter P is on the map in Piece. Some people have struggled to find it. Hope this helps

Thanks Tim. I had edited the original post as I'd changed the map following privacy concerns somebody made, but I only updated the text, not the underlying link. Now corrected.

Apologies for the miss-spelling. However, I've been asked to remove the personal details anyway, so the new map hasn't got anybody's name on it, which I guess is one way of dealing with the issue.

Thank you for the map, look forward to another hunt at the weekend! Just a little typo on there though, entry no.10 is from the ‘Baker Family’ not ‘Baker Farmer’ ;-)

Anybody who wants a map of the superhero scarecrows can download it here (and it's on the CSF news page).
