I would normally use TY Cycles but they are booked out into October. I managed to get my bike serviced by PushPedal last week, and they've done a really good job.

I used Back on Trax a few years ago. Nick is a local repair guy who comes and collects your bike. The number is 07773 325552.

In theory you need to book bike spaces in advance (though you can do that by phone or by tweeting at them rather than going through the whole rigmarole of booking a ticket online). In practice, given that Covid19 has upended the whole reservation system, the Cotswold Line guards (for now) seem happy for people to take bikes on the train without booking, as long as you put it in one of the bike compartments.

I thought First Group had made it virtually impossible to take bikes on trains now?

I got my bike repaired at the Broken Spoke Bike Co-op in Oxford last week – they’re a short walk from the station, very friendly people, and can usually turn it around in a day. They do repairs on Tuesdays and Fridays – phone first thing to check they’re not full up, then hop on the train and take it in. http://bsbcoop.org

There’s also Tony Harrison’s shop in Hanborough (push uphill from the station) though he’s usually in high demand, and Cotswold Cycles in Moreton are just under a mile’s walk from the station.

I’m not sure whether any mobile bike repairers come out to Charlbury at the moment. On Ya Bike did a few years ago, and there’s a repairer in Clanfield who might be worth trying: https://www.pushpedal.co.uk

Is there anywhere nearby that will do bike repairs, preferably without me having to take the whole bike somewhere by car?
