Disruption at Fiveways

Does anyone know when the works are going to end?

We've been subjected to them since 20 July (including one week when they were carried out at night, for reasons I fail to understand).

I appreciate that the first fortnight was a gift from the County Council, but since then Gigaclear have been at it daily.  

It's been like living in the middle of a building site.  Are WODC Environment Dept aware of all this (assuming that Dept still exists)?
