Grounded young swift, any advice?

We found a young swift on the ground -- fully feathered but still downy, and it won't be independent yet. If anyone has any advice (or has an accessible occupied swift box, as apparently they can be `fostered'), please let us know! It's currently in a box in a shady place. Brigid and David, tel 811940.
