No Broadband on Dyers Hill

My hub didn’t seem to recover from last weeks trauma. 

Called BT and got a new plan, considerably cheaper and a new go faster hub.  Worth a call if you haven’t done so recently.

BT are currently saying it will be fixed in the next 49 hours!

The BT support in this instancee has been useless - the online live chat just cuts you off and the phone service agent answers phone and then puts you through to repairs and twice it rings a few times and then tells you are on the wrong extension number! That was my experience anyway. Feeling fobbed off. I bet the best engineers don’t work weekends!

All is OK here at the top end of town (Little Lees) and was all last evening so certainly not all the town is affected.

Problem with your local broadband cabinet perhaps?

Yes, we lost Broadband at the same time last night and it’s still down this morning.

It’s still not up and running according to BT. Have tried restarting router many times. Broadband service is still down

Same here. I phoned BT and their machine said there is a major fault in our area. It said it should be fixed within 2 hours. It said the same nearly 2 hours ago though!

Lost coverage at about 9.45 and wondered if all of Charlbury is having problems ?
