Last night the 27 EU leaders agreed that the Eurozone's coronavirus economic recovery plan (so far still E750 billion with grant/loan amounts undefined) will take into account their aim to fight climate change.  The loans and grants to be made will be consistent with the "green transition", the plans for which they published earlier this year.

The only country not signed up yet to the green transition is Poland - the country that the UK aligned itself with in the European Conservatives & Reform Group.

A bit of joined up thinking I think.  Well done to our mainland European neighbours.
