I feel this is a long shot but I don’t suppose anyone has been delivered a parcel by mistake today that is addressed to me (Vanessa Heywood) from Seraphine? 

I had a delivered notification from My Hermes around 1.12pm but no knock at the door and no parcel in sight, looked outside half a dozen times today and checked all my bins etc. They haven’t even uploaded a picture of where they left it - they uploaded a GPS google map image instead. So can’t trace it, total mystery at the moment. 

I have spoken to the retailer but just wanted to post on here on the off chance?
