As from today I have made the extremely tough decision to close Rachel Cooper hairdressers with my clients best interest at heart. I will try and get around to calling all with appointments. As soon as I can I hope to resume back to normal service when all safe and measures lifted. Thank you to everyone who has stuck by me and my little business throughout all of this. Stay well and safe guys and look forward to a Charlbury Deli latte with you all very very soon.
