Motorbikes

This is not a post of complaint but a post of enquiry for a couple of local kids who enjoy fixing up and riding their motorbikes. Would anyone know of or have a small patch of land were they could legally and more importantly safely ride there bikes, they don't have much money but would be willing to contribute what they could. There would of course have to be ground rules to discuss and any youngster would of course need to be respectful. 

I only ask because there is currently nowhere local for kids learning to ride or practice before going on the road. I know in the past a couple of young lads were able to find someone who have given them permission but nothing recently.
