Tue 23 Jul 2019, 19:45 (last edited on Tue 23 Jul 2019, 19:50) I received a penalty notice from Apcoa for parking at the station on 2nd July. The ticket machine was playing up, but fortunately I have the ticket showing I paid. Has anybody else receive a penalty notice? Bernard Wood |
