I confess that I don't fully understand it but it seems that in future we will all have to search for our receipts, rather than have them sent to us. I need the receipts for my business, so yet again, more (costly) admin. As the existing process must be automated anyway, I'm not sure why they are changing it. Cost saving of some sort, I suspect.
