imbolc is the festival of light welcoming the onset of spring.  This tradition observed by both the Celts and the romans, with music and food.  We are observing it with Gaelic music from Kath and friends and to acknowledge the Romans an exquisite Zuppa all Frantoina.  The Fab Cooks are producing this bean and vegetable 'stew' served on sourdough toast with raw garlic (optional) and topped with the wonderful Sicilian olive oil produced by Renda Farm and parmesan.  It is a fabulous vegan dish with optional pork slow cooked in cider.  The pork coming from Cling Clang farm in Enstone.
