It'll probably have false ie stolen number plates on it and the car is probably stolen as well. It'll be found burnt out as they won't take the risk of being spotted too often.

I don't suppose it is very difficult to find A black Golf. But I suspect it is harder to know that it is THE black Golf.

As this car is involved in most of the many burglaries in the Witney area, why cannot it be found. The driver has to refuel sometime. Even filling a petrol can can be a give away.
