Happy New Year everyone,

Looking for an exercise fix for the New Year? You're welcome to join my yoga classes at the Community centre!

Classes are 6pm - 7pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings. The classes are accessible to all (in an Accessible Yoga Ambassador and making a practice that is available to all is a priority for me). Classes are £10 per person as a drop in, or a 6 class pass can be bought for £48 (class passes must be used within 8 weeks of the purchase date). Loan mats available, or can be bought from my stock.
