That's so funny, I'd thought about posting a similar message as I've noticed them too.

I concluded the elastic had gone and it was a kilt wearer... I wear a kilt from time to time but usually with woolly tights underneath which hold my pants up...

I've noticed a pair of men's underpants on the pavement at the top of Dancer's Hill each time I've walked in town this week. My mind boggles as to how this has happened - especially in this weather!
