Tue 30 Oct 2018, 18:57 In two pages of The Times of India broadsheet newspaper of 15 October, the only item relating to the U K told of British rail companies saying 'sorry for the inconvenience' more than 417,000 times so far this year . There's a quote from Andrew Couch of GWR Swindon in which he says " You can't repeat yourself. Sometimes you say, 'I am sorry we've done this' or 'apologies for this' or ' I'm sorry that this happened'. You've got to mix it up." |
