Confusing orange/yellow ball

I did write a poem today, but it was in song form, so it won't scan here.
It was about a perfect summers day and includes a rhyming of '...England have won the ashes' and ' ...with a sticker that reads'This Machine Kills Facists'. Of which I am rather proud.

Does anyone know what this strange orange/yellow ball is hanging over Charlbury? Appears to be moving slowly westward.
