Fri 13 Apr 2018, 18:55 I can thoroughly recommend this session, Lucy is patient and helpful. I had never done yoga before and was intimidated by the lycra lot who know what they are doing! But this class is for yoga virgins and is very good. Just turn up in some leggings and have a go! |
