What type of roof is it .? If you would like to message me I may be able to assist. Depending on the type of work involved, I would suggest that they are members of the NFRC a trade association for the roofing industry

Two things ...
If someone has mended your roof and it has started leaking again in exactly the same place, is it reasonable to expect them to come in and fix it over the holiday weekend?
And secondly, can the wise people of this forum please recommend a tried, trusted and medically approved roofer in Charlbury? I am looking to renew my roof. Thank you in advance!
