Death of Rodney Rose

I was very sorry to hear that Rodney Rose our former County Councillor passed away at the weekend
He was a very helpful and personable person and I don't think many realise that he was very instrumental in ensuring that the Community Centre got the grant promised by the County Council as well as other Charlbury matters
The grant was certainly in question a few years ago with their poor financing but Rodney made sure they honoured their promise
