Trying to drive to Chippy via Spelsbury?

We have just done a reccy to see how bad the roads to Chipping Norton were.
Unfortunately after the large bend in the road after the Dean turn the " road" already down to a single lane is blocked by 2 abandoned cars..dont attempt this journey!
