Urgent - Charlbury Street Fair needs help!

Are you able to offer an hour or two each month until September? Our Committee is quiet small and becoming overwhelmed by the back-office activities like setting up Open Gardens, the March Quiz and all the planning that makes the Fair a great success. This year we seriously are in need of someone (or two, or more!) to lead on the arrangements for the Street Fair Stalls. This really needs to start by the end of March. The Stalls - lined up on Church Street on Street Fair day - are a key feature of the Fair and without them the Fair would not take place. They are also one of our principal fund-raisers (We are in need of someone to manage the CSF Website and one or two other things as well..).

Do appreciate that there is lots of support and guidance available from previous Stalls organisers and the Committee. As I said we really need to start these arrangements by the end of March - this is a major concern for us, those that we raise our funds for - the Corner House and War Memorial Hall - and of course, our local Charlbury community.
