what demand is there for renting office space/storage?

Just to add, I'm not posting this in the "ads" section as it's not yet available. We wanted to get some idea of demand before deciding whether to go ahead.

Hi - we're wondering about converting our double garage into office space to rent out. Is there much demand for this in Charlbury?

We're fairly centrally located, it's a new, light, dry garage with lots of windows so would I imagine be a nice place in which to work.
There's also off-street parking available.
Any thoughts from anyone? Thanks.
