New building in Woodstock

Simeen, as far as I know it's a private house designed by a really imaginative architect called Adrian James who's based in Oxford. It caught my eye too and I stopped to take a look at it - the garge looks as if it's got a home-office or small flat over the top.

Has anyone noticed the new building nearing completion in Woodstock? It has a very contemporary curved roof and has a matching 'mini me' garage. It's perched on a steep incline almost directly across the road from the Black Prince. It intrigues me everytime I drive past and I wondered if anyone knows anything about it.
