Tue 12 Dec 2017, 09:53 Last night, my husband and I walked, slipped and teetered our way to The Bell for a celebration meal as it was my husband's birthday. Negotiating Dancers Hill was not easy for we OAPs! We had a superb meal accompanied by a bottle of wine. I was worried about the walk back to Hughes Close so asked Luke (landlord) if he could recommend a taxi firm. He immediately replied that he would drive us home himself - what service! Thank you so much for getting us home safely. |
