Yes indeed Heather, and let us also not forget the complete and utter morons who drive around with their fog lights on when it is not foggy.
Frankly it can be quite intimidating, and I suspect that in a lot of cases it is intended so to be :-\

Now's the time you see people with only one headlight working as well, which would also assist in running over a cyclist who may not have lights. Get your bike lights and check your headlights folks.

Graham Great idea what happens when a Cyclist doesn't see us no that's alright I have some safety frame around me it will be OK

That time of year lights are a legal requirement I told someone last night that clearly thinks he's above the law and I step out in front off his reply was F off so be warned
