Computer help.

I know that there are a lot of clever people in Charlbury and I wondered if anyone could advise me what to do or should I go to a computer shop somewhere.

My email (Microsoft Outlook)is not deleting emails from the server causing it to fill up and I need help from someone to allow my computer to adjust things so that when I have received an email it is deleted from the server. I do get quite a few emails every day so this is causing a problem.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.
