The Nine Acres footpath has been reopened

The Thomas Gifford Trust would like to inform everybody that the section of the footpath from Nine Acres Lane towards the Co-op, which was closed while the Community Centre was being built, is now open again. The permissive section of the footpath runs along the front of the building, then out close to the green box at the entrance to the surgery.

Please be aware that some construction tidying up and landscaping is still under way, with affected areas still being fenced off for your safety. Because of this, please keep to the route of the footpath, which is shown by the design and colour of the block paving - it's easy to follow.

Please do not try to move any of the fencing panels in order to take short-cuts. We will be removing them just as soon as it is safe to do so.
