Parking "Restrictions " on Market Street

I am a resident of Market Street and have not used my car this weekend. I have just passed my car to find someone has left a note under my wiper suggesting I park elsewhere if I need to park long-term!

Apart from areas with double yellow lines, Market Street has designated parking areas. If I am parked in a designated bay I think it is my decision when and if I choose to move my car.

Obviously if I am made aware of a disabled resident that needs a specific space this is another matter, but there is no reason here for a parking bully
